You will need a food processor or a blender to make this work    open a can of hearts of palm   these really do come from the palm tree    rinse and place in a processor    add two cloves of chopped garlic   if you have time – chop the garlic and roast it in a small fry pan for three or four minutes   open a can of artichoke    rinse and place in processor with the heart of palm    add a small amount of oil and lemon juice   grind until palm and artichoke are mixed together   add some tumeric and corriander    chop it one more time for consistency    serve SATISFACTION heated on top of an egg white    add salt and pepper if needed    I find it tasty, filling and satisfying – at any time of day or night
