Slice the green tomatoes thin    Mix buttermilk and eggs together    Mix cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper together     Dip the tomatoes in the buttermilk/egg mixture     Then dip the tomatoes into the cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper mix    Bake tomatoes in the oven at 425 degree (F) until golden brown    Season the baked tomatoes with parsley, paprika and Parmesan cheese    It makes a great meal when served with scrambled eggs
