This glaze may be good for chicken-fish or vegetables    Combine 1/4 cup unsalted chicken broth, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp ground mustard (Grey Poupon) and 1 tsp fresh thyme    add glaze to the chicken, fish or vegetables and simmer 2 – 3 minutes or until the mixture thickens (about 165 F)    Remove main dish from pan    Let it stand for 5 minutes to flavor    Serve
