You may want to mix this salad together while the ingredients are warm    Combine  in a large glass bowl at least 2 cups of cooked corn, fresh or frozen with 1 avacado – diced into 1/2 inch pieces and 1 pint of halved cherry tomatoes plus 1/2 cup finely diced red onion    Whisk the following ingredients in a measuring cup    2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice, 1/2 tsp grated lime zest, 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper    Pour over the salad and toss gently to mix
