I like it as a dip – but it can be put on top of anything that is light in color  *  Using a food processor or a blender combine on maximum speed for 30 seconds  *  2ed bell peppers that have been sliced with the seeds removed  *  add two cloves of garlic  *  three Tbsp of lemon juice  *  1 pinch of cayenne pepper  *  1 tsp chile powder  *  1 tsp honey  *  and either 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or 1/3 cup olive oil or 1/3 cup of sour cream depending on what you have and what your serving  *  I like it served on top of salmon steaks
