Flavor Cubes can be added to a variety of dishes – From Vegetable Fried Rice to Stir Fry  *  It begins by bringing a pot of water to a boil so that herbs and spinach can be blanched for about 30 seconds  *  Remove stems from 2/3 cup of cilantro, 2/3 cup of parsley, 2/3 cup of Thai Basil and 4 cups spinach  *  Place the greens in the boiling water and as swoon as they turn bright green take them out and drop them into a bowl of ice water  *  Take the greens out of the ice bath and shake off any excess water  *  Place in a blender or a small food processor with 2 cloves of garlic and 2 Tbsp chopped ginger  *  Blend until it becomes a smooth dark green puree  *  If it is too thick add some water – one Tbsp at a time  *  Pour the puree into an ice-cube tray and place in the freezer  *  Once frozen the cubes can be kept in the ice-cube trays or plastic bagged  *  For fried rice add a few cubes to the pan after the vegetables and protein are cooked and the rice is translucent  *  keep stirring as the cubes melt and coat the rice  *  Add some salt and pepper to season to taste and serve  *  cilantro-parsley-basil-spinach-garlic and ginger make a great flavor cube  * 2GP+CBS for easy memory
